Friday evening, heading into the weekend and our front door key snapped in the lock. Matthew came straight out and managed to fix the problem without installing a new lock. … Highly recommended, a very nice person and excellent work.
Their standard of work was to the highest standard, as was the alarm system they used. Matthew fully respected our home and left no dust or dirt on our carpets while carrying out his work.

How much is a lockout?
Gaining entry costs £72 an hour 6am–6pm Monday to Friday (extra labour £30 an hour), £96 an hour 6pm–midnight and at weekends (extra £48), and £180 an hour midnight–6am and bank holidays (extra £60). All inc VAT.
Will you damage my door?
A non-destructive entry is always tried first. If that fails, a destructive entry is needed, which can leave tool marks on the frame or door.
What does a new lock cost?
Supplied and fitted, inc VAT: rim cylinder £24, euro cylinder £36, BS mortice lock £60, standard uPVC centre case £72.
Do alarms have monthly fees?
Our Orisec wireless packages connect to a free smartphone app with no annual subscription. Wired systems have minimal annual costs; wireless ones need yearly maintenance to replace batteries.
